Refund and Returns Policy

JB Masala makes every effort to supply our clients with high-quality goods.

Following your order, each product is subjected to a variety of quality tests to guarantee that it is delivered securely to you. However, if the product does not fit the standards listed on our website, we will gladly replace or refund it.

Policy on Refunds

Once a product has been sold, it cannot be returned for any reason other than manufacturing flaws or our shipment of incorrect products. If you need to return or replace something, please send an email to www.jbmasala.com with a brief explanation of why you’re returning it and your purchase number.

Please remember that we do not accept refunds for the following reasons: incidental damages caused by product abuse

After two days from the date of goods delivery, a return request is sent.

It is not possible to make a partial return.

Policy on Refunds

Simply contact us with your purchase details within 2 days of your purchase to receive a refund. Please provide your purchase number (given to you via email after buying) and optionally tell us why you’re asking a refund – we take customer input very seriously and use it to continually improve our goods and quality of service. Once the returned goods has been received at the warehouse and passed the relevant checks, refunds will be processed. It’s possible that the full procedure will take 15 working days. We appreciate your patience as we work on this.
